Bespoke Relocation Manager

I joined the global mobility industry a little over 18 years ago and throughout this time, I have undertaken various roles from Operations Management to Compliance Co-Ordinator to AccountManagement. I’ve seen so much change but gained a lot of knowledge, established great relationships and delivered some amazing customer experiences.

My journey to K2 started when my CV was submitted by chance through a recruiter in June 2021. I had been in part time work and needed to start thinking about returning to full time employment as my son Charlie was starting reception in the September. I had two interviews both remotely and I was fortunate to be offered the role as aRelocation Manager within the classic team. From the outset my request was thatI worked from home 2.5 days a week (once my probation had completed) and it was granted.  I was over the moon that I could return to do what I loved doing but also be present for my son in the evenings without having to commute and it showed me from the very start that K2was about its people, and how they can best support them both professionally and personally.

I love to problem solve, think outside the box and be someone my assignees can lean on or turn to for anything during their relocation experience. Building a personal and positive experience for them is why I love what I do.‍

From being in the classic team and having an amazing Operational Lead in Ashley Tickner, I saw and learned as an outsider so to speak what K2 Bespoke was about and I set myself a little goal to perhaps apply internally and head into the team one day once I gained more confidence, knowledge and understanding about the K2 ways. Fast forward toFebruary 1st 2023 and I had my first official day in the team andI’ve not looked back since. I work with the most supportive team, we all lean on each other for guidance and individually bring our own strengths to play keys parts.
