Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Last updated: 30 January 2026

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by K2 Corporate Mobility Limited to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

1. Our organisation

K2 Bespoke is part of the K2 Group. Both K2 Bespoke and K2 Group operate as trading names of K2 Corporate Mobility Limited, a global corporate mobility and relocation services provider. K2 Corporate Mobility Limited is headquartered in the United Kingdom and operates internationally through a network of offices and trusted partners.

2. Our commitment

K2 is committed to acting ethically, responsibly and with integrity in all aspects of our business. We recognise our responsibility to respect human rights and to take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are committed to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking do not take place within our organisation or our supply chains.

3. Our business and supply chains

K2 provides corporate mobility and relocation-related services to organisations and individuals worldwide. Our activities are primarily office-based and professional in nature.

Our supply chains include, but are not limited to:

  • professional service providers
  • destination and relocation service partners
  • technology and IT service providers
  • property, accommodation and logistics suppliers
  • marketing, communications and professional advisers

While the nature of our business means the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is considered low, we acknowledge that risks may exist further down global supply chains.

4. Policies and governance

We maintain policies and procedures designed to support ethical conduct and responsible business practices, including:

  • a Code of Conduct
  • supplier and partner expectations
  • whistleblowing and reporting mechanisms
  • recruitment and employment practices aligned with applicable labour laws

These policies support our commitment to human rights and ethical standards and are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain appropriate.

5. Due diligence and risk management

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to managing modern slavery risks. This includes:

  • assessing potential risks when engaging new suppliers or partners
  • favouring reputable suppliers with established ethical standards
  • addressing concerns raised through internal or external reporting channels

Where appropriate, we may request assurances from suppliers regarding their compliance with applicable labour and human rights laws.

6. Training and awareness

We promote awareness of modern slavery and ethical business practices within our organisation. Employees are encouraged to act responsibly, raise concerns and report any suspected wrongdoing without fear of retaliation.

7. Reporting concerns

We encourage employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders to raise concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made through appropriate internal channels or by contacting us directly. We are committed to investigating concerns promptly and taking appropriate action where issues are identified.

8. Effectiveness and continuous improvement

K2 recognises that addressing modern slavery risks is an ongoing process. We continue to review our practices, policies and supplier relationships to improve transparency and reduce risk over time. As our business and supply chains evolve, we will continue to assess and strengthen our approach where appropriate.

9. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of K2 Corporate Mobility Limited and will be reviewed annually.

Signed on behalf of K2 Corporate Mobility Limited.
