I have a Customer Service Leadership Certificate and over 10 years of experience in customer service, including time spent as a cabin crew member. I began my career in relocation management 7 years ago, spending a few years in my previous role before joining K2 Bespoke.
I'm known for being well-organised, detail-oriented, and strong in time- and project management. I’m passionate about delivering smooth, personalised relocation experiences for every assignee and client.
Since joining K2 Bespoke, I’ve greatly benefited from our open culture, which allows me to work across many areas within the relocation sphere, thus gaining exposure to a variety of new challenges and solutions.
