My career in customer centric roles began early, shaped by my international upbringing in Singpaore and university years in Melbourne. After graduation, I launched my career in marketing and customer loyalty for a leading technology company, subsequently a renewed telecommunication company in Singapore, where I discovered my traits for effective communication and great interpersonal skills.
For the past 18 years, I have specialized in the global mobility industry, working with two major relocation management companies (RMC). My core expertise lies in providing white glove relocation support to C-Suite assignees and their families, ensuring a seamless transition during a complex time.
I have proven track record of servicing a diverse portfolio of fortune 500 clients across technology, consumer products, and engineering sectors. I am consistently recognized by clients and customers for my dedication to service excellence and meticulous attention to details.
I joined K2 in 2020 as Bespoke Relocation Manager. As one of the first bespoke members in the region, I had the privilege of working with Daniel Natoli and Shahla Dowley to support VIP and C-suite executives with moves touching APAC.
It’s hard to believe five years have gone passed. I look back with pride on my journey and look forward to many more fun years with K2 – a company I am proud to call my family!
