
My own life has been a series of relocations – from my childhood in China to pursue my master’s degree in Sydney and then back to China to start my HR career. It was there a six-month coverage role introduced me to global mobility, and I was instantly hooked by the industry’s dynamics.
I joined a Relocation Management Company (RMC) and have since built a 17 -year career across Hong Kong and Singapore – a country I am proud to call my second home. My experience spans from hands on roles as an international assignment and senior consultant, onsite premier executive where I am responsible for manging senior leader’s relocation. I have then promoted as the account manager and oversees high profile client engagement within the financial services and FMCG Sectors.
I am highly respected by clients for my dedication to service excellence and innovative approach to challenges. My core focus is to leverage my extensive, end to end customer service experience to streamline processes and significantly enhance the employee’s experience e during critical relocation stages.
