Bespoke Relocation Manager

In my nearly six years at K2 Corporate Mobility, I have built a strong understanding of relocation from both a commercial and operational perspective. Starting my career at K2 in Finance before transitioning into Operations has given me a well-rounded view of how successful relocations are delivered.

I enjoy problem-solving and managing complex moves; working closely with assignees, clients, global mobility teams and partners to ensure relocations are smooth and well managed.

Supporting individuals and families through major life transitions — and making those moves feel less stressful and more human — is what I enjoy most about my role.

I originally joined K2 in a Finance role and had very little idea of what Global Mobility involved. It didn’t take long for that to change. Working closely with the Operations team, I became increasingly curious about Relocation Management — the pace, the complexity, and the fact that no two moves are ever the same, really drew me in.

I’ve been lucky to learn from some incredible people along the way. My time in Finance helped shape how I think commercially and gave me room to grow, and whilst in Operations, I have been fortunate to work alongside colleagues who have encouraged confidence, independence, and a strong service mindset. Over the years, working on projects, collaborating across teams and other offices, and supporting global mobility partners has informed how I work today.

At the time, speaking to clients and answering phones made me very nervous (to put it mildly). But instead of avoiding it, I saw it as something I wanted to challenge myself with. Following an open conversation with one of my K2 colleagues about my growing interest, I was supported to make the move into Operations as a Relocation Manager.

From there, I found my confidence. I grew into working with assignees from different walks of life and cultures, dealing directly with clients and global mobility teams; managing relocations end to end, and being trusted to make decisions under pressure. What I love most is that every assignment feels like a fresh start — a new challenge, a new family, a new success story waiting to happen.

Now, as a Bespoke Relocation Manager, I bring together everything I’ve learned — finance, operations, problem-solving, and a genuine love for working with people. I take pride in being the calm, organised point of support during what can be a very emotional time, and in making relocations feel easier than people expect. That’s what keeps me motivated, and why I still love coming to work.
